If You cancel Your Covered Trip for any reason not otherwise covered by this plan, the Company will reimburse You for eighty percent (80%) of the prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable payments or deposits You paid for Your Covered Trip provided: (a) Your plan payment is received within twenty-one (21) days of the date Your initial deposit/payment for Your Covered Trip is received; and (b) You insure all prepaid Covered Trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions; and (c) You also insure within twenty-one (21) days of the payment for those arrangements the cost of any subsequent arrangements (or any other arrangements not made through Your travel agent) added to Your Covered Trip; and (d) You cancel Your Covered Trip two (2) days or more before Your Scheduled Departure Date.

If you have purchased the Transportation Pak upgrade in addition to Your Travelex Passenger Protection Plan, You will receive the Collision Damage Waiver ($35,000), Roadside Assistance Service and Flight Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits ($200,000). Benefit coverage is per Plan, 1 Pak allowed per Plan. See Policy Details

Trip Cancellation / Interruption: (1) Benefit applies if You or Your Traveling Companion are required to work during your Covered Trip. See plan details.

Trip Delay: Reimburses you up to $50 for expenses incurred at a sponsored airline club at the airport if you experience a flight delay and up to $25 for internet usage fees.

Baggage / Personal Effects: Coverage up to $500 for loss, theft or damage to a laptop, PDA, and/or cell phone. Substantiated by report from airline, airport, police or other such authority. See Policy Details
