Patriot America® (Non-US Citizens)
Temporary medical insurance for non-US citizens traveling outside of their home country for business or pleasure. Coverage choices begin at $50,000 up to $1 million providing worldwide coverage including US and Canada. 90/10 coinsurance applies to first $5,000 of expenses within US/Canada PPO Network. If purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed (without a break in coverage) for a total of up to two years.
Immediately after purchase You will receive a Declaration of Insurance email from International Medical Group. It will contain the link to the Visa Confirmation Letter for you to print out and present to the Consulate.

Annual multi-trip travel medical, evacuation and accident insurance. Designed for the traveler age 76 and under, who is already covered by an individual or group medical plan, and travels outside of their country of citizenship frequently throughout the year.

Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance®
The two Patriot Group plans offer a complete package of international benefits available 24 hours a day. Patriot International® Group provides coverage for a group of U.S. citizens traveling outside the U.S. with coverage for brief returns to the U.S., while Patriot America® Group provides coverage for a group of non-U.S. citizens traveling outside of their home country, Bothe plans are available for a minimum of 10 days up to a maximum of two years.

Patriot International® (US-Citizens)
Medical insurance for US citizens traveling outside the United States. Max Benefit up to US$2 million. If purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed (without a break in coverage) for a total of up to two years. Coverage may begin as soon as tomorrow and your medical i.d. card is delivered via email immediately after purchase when you select “online fulfillment”.
